或非門(mén)是數(shù)字邏輯電路中的基本元件,實(shí)現(xiàn)邏輯或非功能。有多個(gè)輸入端,1個(gè)輸出端,多輸入或非門(mén)可由2輸入或非門(mén)和反相器構(gòu)成。只有當(dāng)兩個(gè)輸入A和B為低電平(邏輯0)時(shí)輸出為高電平(邏輯1),也可以理解為任意輸入為高電平(邏輯1),輸出為低電平(邏輯0)。或非門(mén)是基本的邏輯門(mén),因此在TTL和CMOS集成電路中都有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)邏輯芯片。
和與非門(mén)一樣,或非門(mén)作為一個(gè)通用門(mén)是應(yīng)用普遍的邏輯器件,也即是說(shuō),它可以通過(guò)組合來(lái)完成與、或及反相運(yùn)算。
或非門(mén)是一種邏輯運(yùn)算門(mén),也被稱(chēng)為NOR(NOT OR)門(mén)。它的工作原理是,當(dāng)所有輸入都為0時(shí),輸出為1;當(dāng)任何一個(gè)輸入為1時(shí),輸出為0。簡(jiǎn)單來(lái)說(shuō),或非門(mén)的運(yùn)算規(guī)則是:全0出1,有1出0。
在邏輯運(yùn)算中,或非門(mén)具有以下特性:
或非門(mén)的輸出與其輸入成反比關(guān)系。如果輸入信號(hào)的電壓越高,輸出的電壓就越低;反之,如果輸入信號(hào)的電壓越低,輸出的電壓就越高。
在或非門(mén)中,低電平輸出是有效輸出電平。也就是說(shuō),當(dāng)輸入信號(hào)為低電平時(shí),輸出信號(hào)為高電平;當(dāng)輸入信號(hào)為高電平時(shí),輸出信號(hào)為低電平。
對(duì)于或非門(mén)而言,當(dāng)任意一個(gè)輸入為高電平時(shí),輸出就為低電平:只有當(dāng)所有的輸入都為低電平時(shí),輸出才會(huì)高電平。
