電源模塊的工作原理基于電能的轉(zhuǎn)換和調(diào)節(jié)。常見的電源模塊主要有線性電源模塊和開關(guān)電源模塊,它們的工作原理有所不同:
線性電源模塊:線性電源模塊的工作原理較為簡單。它通過變壓器將輸入的交流電壓轉(zhuǎn)換為合適的交流電壓值,然后經(jīng)過整流電路將交流電轉(zhuǎn)換為直流電,再通過濾波電路去除直流電壓中的交流紋波成分,后利用線性穩(wěn)壓器對直流電壓進(jìn)行穩(wěn)壓處理,輸出穩(wěn)定的直流電壓。線性穩(wěn)壓器通過調(diào)整自身的內(nèi)阻來保持輸出電壓的穩(wěn)定,當(dāng)輸出電壓發(fā)生變化時,穩(wěn)壓器會自動調(diào)整內(nèi)阻,使輸出電壓恢復(fù)到設(shè)定值。線性電源模塊的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是輸出電壓紋波小、噪聲低,但缺點(diǎn)是效率較低,因?yàn)樵诜€(wěn)壓過程中會消耗較多的能量。
開關(guān)電源模塊:開關(guān)電源模塊的工作原理相對復(fù)雜。它同樣先將輸入的交流電通過整流濾波電路轉(zhuǎn)換為直流電,然后利用開關(guān)電路(由功率開關(guān)管如MOSFET或IGBT組成)將直流電壓斬波成高頻脈沖電壓。這個高頻脈沖電壓經(jīng)過變壓器進(jìn)行電壓變換,再通過整流濾波電路將高頻脈沖電壓轉(zhuǎn)換為直流電壓。
