LED 電流驅動芯片,且可在較寬交流電壓(AC)
范圍內工作。內置可控硅調光器的主動負載控
制器和線電壓調節補償功能,可以調節流過高
壓(HV)LED 串的電流并同時為調光器提供
維持電流。
ICNE2531 與LED 串聯配置應用。可用于
具有過壓保護(OVP),過溫保護(OTP)和線
電壓調節補償的恒流LED 驅動器。 其包含的
主動負載功能可提高可控硅調光性能,當燈未
連接到調光器時,該功能將被禁用。
PCB 布局也非常靈活,可以滿足各種形狀
要求。 它特別適合替換白熾燈泡和條形熒光燈。
ICNE2530D is a high voltage linear constantcurrent LED driver for phase–cut dimmable application,which integrates 500V high voltage MOS.The phase-cut dimmer holding current and theLED driving current can be set through the external resistors between 5mA and 100mA, the current precision can reach ±3%.
ICNE2530Dbuilt-innegativetemperaturecompensation function, help to improve the sourceregulation of the linear power supply system. Thebuilt-in negative temperature compensation functioncan effectively prevent damage to the system causedby sudden temperature changes.ICNE2530D system has simple peripherals,flexible application, high reliability, small volume, andlow system BOM cost. It is suitable for all kinds of LEDlamps.
