ICL9101 為帶狀態(tài)記憶的開關調光調色
溫控制芯片,具有雙通道及三種導通狀態(tài),
利用電源開關切換導通狀態(tài),能記憶關燈之
前的狀態(tài),在下次開燈時直接進入上次關燈
之前的狀態(tài),增加了使用的便利性。
ICL9101 該芯片外圍電路結構簡單,內置
400V 的功率管,可搭配芯源創(chuàng)之各種開關電
源與線性電源方案, 如: ICL3102 、
ICNE2521、ICNE2531、和iML8692 等,提
供完整的配套方案。
iML8686可驅動高達100mA。用戶可以通過外部電阻將調節(jié)電流從5mA調整到100mA。線性過溫保護功能是在芯片的結溫130°C時線性減小電流來保護系統(tǒng)。多個iML8686B芯片可以并聯(lián)連接,以提供更高的驅動電流能力。該器件采用SOT-89-3L封裝
ICL3201是一款集成500V高壓MOS、有源
PFC、高恒流精度、且低成本的非隔離降壓型
LED驅動器。
ICL3201直接從母線供電,無需輔助繞組或
VDD電容,可以降低系統(tǒng)成本。內部電路控制技
術則提供了的輸出電流控制、和的功率

ICL3102集成了多種保護功能,地增強
了系統(tǒng)的安全性和可靠性,如LED短路保護、
LED開路保護、和芯片過溫保護功能。
